Linda Wegner, the Program Director, joined ATFC-DOS in June 2015. She resides in Central Bridge, New York with her husband and college-age daughter. Linda has an educational background in marketing and public policy. She has many years of experience in planning, implementing and evaluating youth development programs. Many of her work initiatives have focused on educating diverse audiences about civic engagement, health, and environmental issues. Linda has extensive experience in building partnerships with non-profits, businesses, educational institutions, government organizations and decision-makers to help communities grow and thrive.

Bonnie Peck, the Reality Check/Youth Engagement Coordinator, joined ATFC-DOS in April 2018. She resides in Gloversville (Fulton County) with her husband. Bonnie has an educational background in elementary education and many years of experience in positive youth development as well as planning, implementing and evaluating programs. She has managed programs for young people from diverse backgrounds in the areas of STEM, civic engagement and healthy lifestyles. In addition, Bonnie has collaborated with many other community organizations.

Deyanira Cisneros, the Community Engagement Coordinator, joined ATFC-DOS in October 2014 and since has been an advocate for creating healthy communities where she lives, learns, works, and plays. She recently relocated to Cobleskill, New York with her husband and two daughters. Deyanira has an educational background in public administration and criminal justice and has numerous years of experience managing social services programs, developing organizational workforce growth and empowering individuals. Professionally she has worked with disparity groups, local government, not-for-profits, educational entities and other organizations.
