In observation of #BlackHistoryMonth, we are partnering with The Center for Racial Justice & Inclusive Excellence SUNY Oneonta on Wednesday, February 8 for an encore screening of “Black Lives/Black Lungs” at Lee Hall from Noon to 1:30pm.

The short documentary talks about the tobacco industry’s aggressive decades-long campaign to turn African Americans into menthol cigarette smokers. After the film, join us for a discussion about the harmful and disproportionate impact menthol-flavored tobacco use has had on African Americans’ health.

Lunch will be provided. For more information, contact Jennifer Hill, jennifer.hill003@sphp.com.
